Elvina Bay is located at the edge of the National Park. There are fire trails which link up with West Head Rd however these are not able to be used for daily traffic, so the area is water access only.

There are two wharves - one to the North and the other to the South.

The park on the South side of the Bay also is home to the West Pittwater Rural Fire Brigade Station.
