Morning Bay, also known as Towlers Bay, is located at the edge of the National Park. There are fire trails which link up with West Head Rd however these are not able to be used for daily traffic, so the area is water access only.

Morning Bay consists of approximately twenty three blocks of residential land plus National Park and Council Reserves. There is a public wharf at the eastern end of the bay however this is not serviced by a regular ferry service.
